Choose the show!
I was introduced to anime (like many), through a combination of
Saturday morning cartoons and programs like Toonami and Adult Swim. I
grew up with shows like Pokemon, Dragon Ball Z, YuYu Hakusho, and
Digimon. I eventually began to gravitate away from shonen, but didn't
actually decide on what genres I preferred until a few years ago. I
eventually began to focus primarily on psychological thrillers, slice of
life, and occult/paranormal anime. Shows like Welcome to the NHK,
Paranoia Agent, and Mushishi. I've studied literature, psychology, film
production, and acting. I hope to use my knowledge to provide a unique
perspective to classic and contemporary pieces.
